The Toshiba SEIYA 2.5kW is a wall mounted split system that cools and heats a single room, suited to spaces of up to around 25m². It comes with a wireless remote control, and Wi-Fi is available as an option.
One system for one room
A single indoor and outdoor unit pair takes care of both jobs, cooling the room through summer and heating it through winter. Toshiba sizes the SEIYA 2.5kW for a room of up to around 25m², and it runs on R32 refrigerant.
2.5kW cooling, A++ rated
Cooling output is 2.5kW and heating output is 3.2kW, both rated A++ for efficiency. An inverter and compressor adjust their speed to match demand instead of switching fully on and off, which is how the SEIYA keeps energy use and running costs down.
Modes for every occasion
Multiple modes cover different moments, from a Fireplace setting to a Boost for quick changes and Holiday Frost Protection while you are away. A Quiet mode turns the indoor unit down for a calmer night, and the Magic Coil keeps water and dust from building up.
What the installation needs
The indoor unit pairs with its outdoor unit, connected with 3/8" - 1/4" pipework and a 230V mains supply reaching both. This system uses R32 refrigerant and, like every split system, must be installed and commissioned by an F-Gas registered installer.
