Delivery charges

England, Scotland and Wales: £8.99 for orders up to 30kg, or £35 over 30kg. Northern Ireland: £35 up to 30kg, or £120 over 30kg. Your exact charge is shown at checkout.

Plan for 2–4 working days

Estimated for in-stock items to England, Scotland and Wales. Allow 3–5 working days for Northern Ireland and 2–11 for the Republic of Ireland. Product-specific estimates take precedence, and weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Getting ready for delivery

Check the delivery estimate on your product page before ordering. If access is restricted or you need an item urgently, speak to us first.

  1. Check your confirmation

    Keep your order confirmation handy. Contact us with your order number if you need to check progress.

  2. Follow your tracking

    Use the tracking or delivery information sent for your order. If you have not received it, contact us and we can help check the status.

  3. Prepare your delivery point

    Tell us about narrow roads, steps or restricted access. For pallet deliveries, plan for kerbside delivery and how you will move the goods safely from there.

Do you deliver outside Great Britain?

Yes. Northern Ireland costs £35 for orders up to 30kg and £120 over 30kg, with delivery in an estimated 3–5 working days. The Republic of Ireland costs £14.99, with delivery in an estimated 2–11 working days. For anywhere else, contact us with your postcode and the products you need for a quotation before ordering.

What if I need my order urgently?

Call before ordering so we can check the options for your product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

What if my delivery is missed or delayed?

Check any carrier message or calling card for instructions, then contact us if you need help. Please tell us promptly if the goods appear damaged.
