Delivery & Tracking

How we deliver your order


We work with a network of trusted couriers to offer a dependable delivery service for every order—whether you’re tackling a small DIY job or managing a larger commercial build, we aim to get your materials to you quickly and efficiently.


Our stocked items are typically picked and dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service. In some cases, items may be shipped directly from our UK-based suppliers. Whichever the case, you’ll receive an estimated lead time and tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Smaller items (up to approximately 30kg) are sent via our selected parcel couriers. Larger, heavier, or more fragile items are delivered via pallet service to ensure they arrive safely. It is essential that someone is present to accept delivery, as pallet services are kerbside only and cannot be left unattended.


If you are unable to receive the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange.


Important: Failed delivery attempts may result in redelivery charges. These costs vary depending on your order and delivery location. If the courier cannot access your property or you are unavailable to accept delivery, redelivery fees—along with potential additional costs for alternative vehicle types (e.g. smaller vans)—may apply.

Track Your Order

 


Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you tracking details, including the courier name and expected delivery date. In some cases, we may also be able to provide a more specific ETA on the day of delivery. Please contact our team if you need any help with tracking or delivery information.

 


 

 

Delivery Terms

 


When placing an order, we will provide an estimated lead time and outline any standard delivery charges. Delivery to remote or offshore UK areas—such as the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Ireland—will incur additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to, postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, SI, TR, ZE. Please contact our team for a tailored quote if you are located in these areas.


Our target is to deliver all orders within 1–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified if any delays occur.


Please double-check that your delivery address—whether residential or commercial—is accurate and accessible. This will help couriers complete delivery without delays or failed attempts. Our pallet deliveries are made to kerbside only, so sufficient access is required for a safe drop-off.


If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know at the point of order so we can pass them to the courier.


In the event of disruptions beyond our control (such as severe weather, road closures, or local events), we will do our best to keep you informed and work with you to rearrange delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs (e.g. third-party contractor fees) due to delayed deliveries.
