Where wall space is limited but comfort matters, the Panasonic TZ 2.5kW wall mounted split system cools and heats small rooms all year round. Wi-Fi is built in, and its nanoe X generator keeps freshening the air even when cooling is off.
Made for small rooms and tight walls
Many small rooms simply do not have a wide stretch of wall for an indoor unit. The TZ 2.5kW is built around a 779mm chassis, so it can go above a door or into a narrow section of wall. It still gives powerful cooling and efficient heating, making it a year-round system for bedrooms, study spaces and offices.
A++ efficiency in both seasons
It provides 2.5kW of cooling and 3.3kW of heating, with A++ ratings for both: a SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) of 7.0 and a SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) of 4.6. Cooling keeps going with outdoor temperatures down to -10°C and heating down to -15°C, which suits the unpredictable UK climate.
Quiet for bedrooms and study spaces
In Quiet mode the indoor unit runs as low as 20 dB(A), so it can keep a bedroom comfortable without disturbing sleep. Aerowings direct the airflow precisely to reduce draughts. The Panasonic Comfort Cloud app lets you adjust the temperature, set schedules and check energy use from your phone, and voice assistants give hands-free control.
What the installation needs
Alongside the nanoe X generator, the indoor unit has a PM2.5 filter that captures fine particles. It connects to the outdoor unit with pipe runs of up to 15 m and needs a 230V supply. An F-Gas registered installer must carry out the installation, and the system uses R32 refrigerant.
