The Panasonic RAC Solo 30 heats and cools a room all year round, with no outdoor condenser needed. Its full-metal body is only 16.5 cm deep, so it saves space inside the room as well as outside.
For buildings that cannot take an outdoor unit
Some apartments, offices, hotels and listed buildings do not allow outdoor units, and others have nowhere to put one. The RAC Solo 30 does the whole job of heating and cooling from inside the room, without an outdoor unit of any kind.
Inverter heating and cooling in one unit
The same unit heats in winter and cools in summer, so a single installation keeps the room comfortable all year. Its inverter adjusts performance to what the room needs rather than running flat out. That saves energy and keeps the unit quiet in use.
Fits low on the wall or high up
You can mount it low on the wall like a traditional radiator, or high like a split system, to suit the layout of the room. The grilles open only while it is running and close again afterwards, so the front keeps a clean, minimal look when it is off.

Installation is simple: the unit needs two wall openings of 162 mm, or 202 mm for higher capacities. There are no refrigerant connections to make and no outdoor box to find room for, so there is no compromise on how the building looks.
