The Panasonic RAC Solo 25 brings heating and cooling to a room without an outdoor condenser, in a full-metal body only 16.5 cm deep. It is designed for spaces where an outdoor unit is impractical or restricted.
Climate control where condensers cannot go
A standard split system needs a condenser outside, and in some buildings that is impractical or not allowed. The RAC Solo 25 puts the whole system in one indoor unit instead, so there is no outdoor unit to find space for.
Efficient in heating and cooling
An inverter matches the output to what the room needs, for steady comfort in both modes. Its SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) is 4.60, rated B, and its SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) is 3.70, rated A. It keeps cooling at up to 43°C and keeps heating down to -15°C.
Quiet from 31 dB(A)
At its lowest it runs at 31 dB(A), rising to 41 dB(A) at its highest. A self-closing grille opens only while it runs, keeping out draughts and dust when it is idle. The durable full-metal casing gives it a clean, minimalist look on the wall.
What the installation needs
The unit can go high or low on any outside wall and needs two 162 mm holes through it, or 202 mm for the largest capacity. It runs from a 230 V supply, with no refrigerant piping to run and no specialist tools needed. The cabinet is 1010 mm wide by 549 mm high and weighs 41 kg.
