Description
The Panasonic PACi NX ceiling mounted split system spreads heating and cooling across wide commercial spaces, with horizontal airflow that reaches up to 9.5m. It is a good fit for shops, offices, classrooms, hospitality venues and open-plan layouts.
Even comfort across a large room
In a large room, conditioned air has to travel a long way to reach the far side. This ceiling unit sends its airflow horizontally across the space, keeping conditions consistent throughout. At just 235mm high, it fits into tight ceiling spaces and mixed installations without visual interruption.
Cooling from -20°C to 52°C outside
Cooling works in outdoor temperatures from -20°C up to 52°C, and heating carries on down to -20°C, so the system keeps going in extreme conditions. Seasonal ratings are A++ for cooling and A+ for heating. Its EER (energy efficiency ratio) is 4.06 for cooling, and its COP (coefficient of performance) is 4.00 for heating.
Calm enough for customer-facing spaces
On low and medium settings the indoor unit runs at 34 to 37dB(A), which keeps customer-facing spaces, meeting rooms and workplaces calm. Its nanoe X Mark 2 generator helps inhibit pollutants and deodorise the air, working continuously even when heating and cooling are off.
Installation, controls and pipework
Pipe runs of up to 100m let the outdoor unit sit further away where a building demands it, with extra refrigerant needed beyond 30m. It supports wired controllers with Bluetooth setup for simpler commissioning, and an onboard PAW-FDC connector links external fans or ERV (energy recovery ventilation) systems. An F-Gas registered installer must fit the system, which uses R32 refrigerant.
