Description
Designed for new builds and refurbishments, the Panasonic PACi NX 5.0kW is an adaptive ducted split system that heats and cools busy commercial spaces through a slimline indoor unit. It comes in Standard and Elite versions.
Flexible across different duct layouts
Installers working across varied ducted layouts need an indoor unit that can adapt. The slimline unit's static pressure adjusts from 10 to 150Pa to match the ductwork, and its compact form keeps installation straightforward. That makes it a practical fit for offices, hospitality venues and other high-occupancy spaces.
5.0kW cooling, 5.5kW heating
Nominal output is 5.0kW for cooling and 5.5kW for heating, and heating keeps working in outdoor temperatures down to -20°C. Seasonal ratings are A++ for cooling and A+ for heating. Under heavy load, the inverter-driven compressor modulates smoothly to cut wasted energy.
Controller included, cloud control ready
The CZ-RTC6 remote controller comes with the system, and it is ready for IoT (internet of things) and cloud-based control upgrades that link it into wider building controls. A nanoe X Mark 2 generator works continuously to reduce airborne pollutants and odours. On its lowest fan setting, the indoor unit runs at 25dB(A).
Units, pipework and installation
The 25kg indoor unit pairs with a 43kg outdoor unit, and refrigerant pipes between them can run up to 40m with up to 30m of height difference. The system uses R32 refrigerant. Installation must be carried out by an F-Gas registered installer.
