The Meaco Deluxe 202 adds moisture to dry indoor air and cleans it at the same time, for rooms of up to 65m². It is made for the dry air that central heating brings in winter, with a choice of warm or cool mist.
Relief from dry, centrally heated air
Dry air can leave you with a sore throat, dry skin and itchy eyes, and it can cause wooden furniture to crack and shrink. The Deluxe 202 restores a balanced humidity level, holding it where you set it between 40% and 80% with its automatic humidistat, so both you and your home stay more comfortable.
Sterilised mist and HEPA filtration
Before any moisture is released, an ultraviolet lamp sterilises the water, and a combined HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) and charcoal filter removes particles and odours from the air. The HEPA filter captures 97.3% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, and the three-stage mist output reaches 300ml an hour on cool mist or 400ml on warm.
Quiet enough for bedrooms and nurseries
At 35dB on cool mist, it is quiet enough to run overnight, with a dedicated night mode for sleep. Warm mist adds comfort in colder months, running at 45dB, and the timer can be set for 1 to 10 hours. An aroma diffuser adds a gentle fragrance to the room if you want one.
Up to 50 hours per fill
The 5.3 litre tank lasts up to 50 hours on the low setting, and auto shut-off stops the unit when the tank is empty. A large limescale filter helps reduce mineral build-up in hard water areas, and the unit measures 335mm high, 255mm wide and 150mm deep.
