Bugs and pests are dealt with by heat rather than chemicals, so the EK09 holds a room at up to 50°C for as long as it takes. Its 1400m³/h airflow spreads that heat evenly across a space of up to 40m², reaching hotel rooms, kitchens and similar commercial spaces.
9kW held by a digital thermostat
A digital thermostat keeps the EK09 at the temperature you set rather than letting it drift, which matters when a precise heat is needed for bug elimination. It delivers 9kW of power through a 3-phase supply, built for spaces too large for a domestic heater.
Safe if it overheats
Overheat protection shuts the EK09 down automatically if it runs too hot, allowing it to be left running for long periods without close supervision. It also gives off no fumes, so a treated room can be heated without the smell or residue of chemical pest control.
