The Kaysun Casual is a wall mounted split system that heats and cools a single room, all year round. It pairs an indoor unit on the wall with an outdoor unit outside, and runs on R32 refrigerant.
Simple heating and cooling for one room
The Casual is the entry-level system in Kaysun's residential range, made for anyone who wants simple, efficient heating and cooling in one room. Cooling keeps the room comfortable in summer, and heating takes over when it turns cold. If the room drops below 8°C, the 8°C heating function automatically brings it back up to 17°C.
A++ for cooling and A+ for heating
The Casual carries an A++ energy rating for cooling and A+ for heating, and on standby its display uses just 1W. Turbo mode reaches your set temperature within a very short time, and Follow Me adjusts the operating mode based on the temperature at the remote control. Condensation Control keeps it cooling even when it is cold outside.
Quiet running and app control
The indoor unit is rated at 21 dB(A), Night Mode lowers its sound for a more comfortable sleep, and Mute switches off its beepers. Add the optional FRIWF-USB-02 Wi-Fi dongle to control it from an app, or by voice through Alexa and Google Home. It cleans its own filter, and a sensor on the outdoor unit triggers an alert on the indoor display if refrigerant leaks.
Fitted by an F-Gas registered installer
The Casual must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer, who connects the copper refrigerant pipes and communication cable between the units and commissions the system. Pipe kits come in lengths to suit the distance between the two units, and wall brackets are available for the outdoor unit. An electrician supplies power to the outdoor unit, and the condensate drains through the wall by gravity or with a pump.
