The Heylo KT45 is a robust commercial dehumidifier built for construction, renovation and water damage restoration work. It removes up to 45 litres of moisture a day from new buildings, basements and other enclosed spaces.
Built to move across sites
Construction, renovation and restoration jobs all move between rooms and buildings, so the KT45 is built with a compact, stable plastic housing, a telescopic handle and large wheels. That makes it easy to manoeuvre across different job sites without added effort. Its rotomoulded housing stands up to tough, demanding conditions.

The KT45 removes up to 45 litres of moisture a day and moves 375m³/h of air, suiting rooms up to 110m². Power consumption is 0.9 kW from a 230V supply, and an electronic defrost function keeps performance consistent even in cold environments.
Tracks power use on the job
An MID-compliant energy meter and an hour counter let you monitor energy consumption and track how long the KT45 has been running on each job. Compressor overheat protection shuts the unit down automatically if it runs too hot, adding another layer of protection during long, unattended periods.
Runs on and drains itself
An integrated condensate pump lets the KT45 remove moisture automatically, without anyone needing to empty a tank by hand, and a permanent drain facility supports continuous use. Cable rewind and the option to connect an external hygrostat make it simple to pack away and set up for different drying tasks.
