The Fujitsu Airstage ABEG18KRTA is a ceiling suspended split system that heats and cools a room from a low-profile indoor unit. Built with all-DC (direct current) components, it suits homes and businesses that want efficient, quiet comfort all year.
Heats and cools from the ceiling
The indoor unit hangs from the ceiling with a clean, curved shape that keeps its visual impact small. Auto changeover moves between heating and cooling on its own as the room needs, so the system looks after the space through the year. Quiet running makes it a good match for bedrooms and offices.
5.2kW cooling, A++ rated
It delivers 5.2kW (18000 BTU) of cooling and 6kW (21000 BTU) of heating, with a power consumption of 1.6kW. Efficiency is rated A++ for cooling and A+ for heating. The system runs on R32 refrigerant and picks up where it left off after a power interruption.
A weekly timer and economy mode
A weekly timer lets you plan when it runs on each day, and an auto-off timer helps save energy. Economy mode and automatic fan speed hold the comfort level you choose with little input, while the temperature reverts to a previous setting automatically to avoid unwanted swings. A filter sign tells you when cleaning is due.
What the installation needs
The system must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer, and it comes with its remote controller and runs from a 230V supply. It is pre-charged for 20m of pipework, allows runs of up to 30m and a height difference of up to 20m, and pipe and drain connections can run in several directions. A fresh air duct and an external on/off input can also be connected.
