The Dri-Eaz BD1000 is a commercial building dryer that extracts up to 48 litres of moisture a day, drying out structures after construction, renovation, decorating or flood damage. Its integrated pump drains automatically, so it can run unattended for long periods.
Drying out water-damaged buildings
Construction sites, renovations, decorating jobs and flood-damaged buildings all produce excess moisture that needs removing quickly. The BD1000 is built for exactly that, extracting up to 48 litres of water from the air a day. Loading skids, semi-pneumatic wheels and a rigid handle make it straightforward to move between jobs.
48 litres a day, drained automatically
At its maximum rating, the BD1000 removes up to 48 litres of water a day, with an airflow of 350 m³/hr keeping air moving through the space. An integrated condensate pump sends the water away through a 12.2m drain hose, so it keeps running without anyone emptying a tank. A manual purge button clears the pump quickly before the unit is moved or stored.
Humidistat, hour counter, kWh meter
A humidistat lets you set the humidity you want, between 30% and 70%, and the BD1000 adjusts itself to hold it there. An hour counter and kWh meter track running time and energy use, so performance is easy to check. Operation is controlled with a manual rotary on/off switch.
