The Clarke Devil 5000PTC is a compact electric fan heater for workshops, factories and industrial units. It gives a nominal 5kW of heat from its PTC (positive temperature coefficient) element, down to 3.3kW, plus a fan-only mode for when no heat is needed.

The Devil 5000PTC brings industrial-strength warmth to a workshop, factory or industrial unit without taking up much space on the floor. At 345 x 235 x 300mm and 4.32kg, it is small and light enough to carry to wherever the work is.
5kW down to 3.3kW, self-regulating
A composite aluminium and ceramic PTC heating element gives a nominal 5kW of heat, or 3.3kW on its lower setting, and adjusts its output to the airflow passing over it. An adjustable thermostat lets you hold the room at the temperature you choose.
A fan-only mode for summer too
Switch to fan-only mode and the Devil 5000PTC circulates air without adding any heat, so it earns its keep once winter is over. A thermal cut-out adds protection against overheating, and the thermostat keeps the chosen temperature steady throughout the day.
Light enough to carry anywhere
At just 4.32kg, the Devil 5000PTC is easy to lift and move between rooms or sites. It runs from a 400V three-phase supply, so check your supply matches before you connect it, and it suits small to medium-sized industrial spaces.
