The Broughton RG308 2.8kW Quartz Infrared Heater provides fast, effective heat exactly where it is needed. Rather than relying on warming the surrounding air, infrared technology heats people, objects and surfaces directly. This makes it particularly effective in large, open or draughty environments.
Powerful 2.8kW Heating Performance
With up to 2.8kW of heating power, the RG308 delivers approximately 9,554 BTU/hr of radiant heat. Its two quartz halogen bulbs provide powerful heating while keeping unwanted glare to a minimum. More of the energy is therefore focused on delivering useful heat.
Two Adjustable Heat Settings
Simple rocker switches give you a choice of full or half power operation. This allows the heat output to be adjusted according to the conditions and application. Use full power when rapid, powerful heating is required or reduce the output when less heat is needed.
Ideal for Challenging Spaces
The RG308 is well suited to workshops, warehouses, offices, schools and other commercial environments. Because infrared heat is delivered directly rather than relying solely on warming circulating air, it is particularly useful for spot heating and draughty spaces.
