The Broughton MCe7.3 brings 7.3kW of fast, reliable cooling to offices, workshops, classrooms and warehouses of up to 170 cubic metres, even at the peak of summer. Designed and made in the UK, this industrial portable air conditioner is built for long-term reliability.
Dual outlets for separate areas
Dual 150mm cool-air outlets let the MCe7.3 cool two different areas at the same time, and it comes with two 500mm cooling ducts to carry the air where it is needed. Backward curved impellers produce higher pressure than axial fans, pushing air further through smaller, more manageable ducting.
7.3kW cooling with variable fan speed
The MCe7.3 provides 7.3kW of cooling, and its EC (electronically commutated) fan has fully variable speed, balancing efficiency with reduced noise. It runs on a low GWP (global warming potential) refrigerant, and together with increased airflow this keeps cooling output high while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
Set the temperature and leave it
A digital thermostat lets you set your desired temperature, and the unit then maintains it automatically. The 230V version runs from a 13A supply with a nominal running current of 11.5A, and a 110V version is available for sites that need it.
Exhaust ducting and locking castors
It comes with a 3m exhaust duct, and with optional ducting the exhaust can reach up to 10m away. Insulated ducting prevents heat bleed and improves overall cooling efficiency, and heavy-duty locking castors make the 100kg unit easy to manoeuvre and hold it securely in place.
