Description
The Alorair Storm LGR Extreme is a heavy-duty dehumidifier built for demanding commercial use, from flood restoration to warehouses, basements and crawl spaces. It handles large-scale moisture problems, yet its compact lower housing fits into tight or awkward spaces.
Covers up to 3600 square feet
Floods and damp warehouses leave a lot of moisture to remove across a wide area. The Storm LGR Extreme treats up to 3600 square feet, and its operating range runs from 1°C to 40°C, so it copes with a cold basement or an unheated warehouse as well as a heated building.
85 litres a day in warm, humid air
As an LGR (low grain refrigerant) dehumidifier, it removes up to 85 litres of water a day at 30°C and 80% relative humidity, and 46 litres a day at 26°C and 60%. An upgraded compressor, a hydrophilic coating on the heat exchange unit and widened tubing improve both its drying and its cooling performance.
Set the humidity and track the hours
The digital control pad lets you set the relative humidity you want and shows running time on its hour counter, useful for keeping track of a drying job. It runs quietly, below 55 dBA. The housing flips open for quick access to the filters, so cleaning and replacing them takes little time.
Built to be moved and stacked
A built-in condensate pump drains the water away, pumping it up to a height of 4.5m. The rotary-moulded plastic housing resists shocks, collisions and static, and two robust carrying handles and a stackable body make it simple to move and store. It weighs 35.5kg and runs on a 240V supply, with a G3 filter available for it.
