Crawlspaces, basements and cellars are cramped, easily-forgotten spaces where moisture can build up unnoticed. The HD55 is compact enough to fit into those spots while still delivering dependable dehumidification, thanks to its robust build. It removes up to 60 litres of moisture a day, protecting the space without taking up much room.
Control it two different ways
The HD55 removes up to 60 litres of moisture a day at 30°C and 80% relative humidity, and still manages 32 litres a day under the cooler AHAM test standard. Control it from the unit's own built-in humistat, or use the remote humistat when it is ducted in from outside the room.
Check on it from another room
A Cat 5 cable connects the HD55 to a remote controller, letting you monitor and adjust humidity levels from another room without needing to stand next to the unit. That flexibility suits installations where the dehumidifier sits out of the way and is ducted into the space it serves.
Drains simply and runs quietly
A gravity drain outlet makes condensate removal simple, and an optional pump is available for cellars and basements where gravity alone will not work. Running at under 50dB, the HD55 stays quiet in the background while it keeps the air dry. At 27kg, it is compact enough to fit into tight spaces.
