The Guardian is a compact, robust dehumidifier designed to work in exactly those conditions, whether it is fitted in a residential basement or a challenging crawlspace. It removes up to 45 litres of moisture a day.
45 litres a day, even when mild
The Guardian removes up to 45 litres of moisture a day at 30°C and 80% relative humidity, which covers a good-sized basement or crawlspace. Under the cooler AHAM test standard, it still manages 24 litres a day, so performance holds up as conditions change. It draws 380W from a 240V supply.
Drains water without gravity's help
A built-in pump expels water up to a head of 3 metres, so the Guardian works even where gravity-fed drainage is not possible. That makes it easy to install in tricky spots such as a crawlspace or a basement far from a drain. Hassle-free drainage means less time spent managing the unit.
Checks in from anywhere nearby
A simple Cat 5 cable connects the Guardian to its remote controller, which displays live temperature and humidity readings. That means you can check on conditions and keep control of the unit without needing to climb into a crawlspace or squeeze past stored belongings in a basement. It weighs 21.5kg and measures 525 x 330 x 330mm.
