Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Airrex AH-900i is the most powerful heater in the Airrex range, delivering up to 24kW of infrared heating. Designed for spaces up to 2,500m³, it provides the capacity required for demanding commercial and industrial environments. It is particularly suited to warehouses, industrial halls, workshops and construction sites.
Direct, Comfortable Infrared Heat
Rather than relying on a powerful fan to circulate warm air, the AH-900i uses infrared radiation to heat people, machinery and surrounding surfaces directly. This provides comfortable, even warmth while minimising unnecessary air movement. Less air movement also means less dust is circulated around the working environment.
19kW or 24kW Dual Power
Not every day requires maximum heating power. Dual Power technology lets you select between 19kW and 24kW output depending on the conditions. This gives you the flexibility to reduce fuel consumption when the full 24kW capacity is unnecessary.
Advanced Blue Flame Burner
The new Blue Flame Burner is engineered to provide exceptionally clean combustion with ultra-low emissions. It combines powerful heating performance with efficient fuel use. This makes the AH-900i particularly well suited to demanding applications where the heater may be required for extended periods.
Large 70-Litre Fuel Tank
A substantial 70-litre fuel tank helps minimise interruptions during prolonged heating periods. Fuel consumption ranges from approximately 1.81 to 2.3 litres per hour depending on operation. The automatic thermostat further optimises fuel use by regulating operation according to the required temperature.
Renewable HVO or Conventional Diesel
The AH-900i offers flexibility over your choice of fuel. It can operate using renewable HVO100 diesel compliant with EN 15940 or conventional diesel compliant with EN 590. This provides businesses with an alternative fuel option without sacrificing the heater's substantial output.
Smart Temperature Control
Set the required temperature anywhere between 0°C and 40°C using the automatic thermostat. Once configured, the heater automatically manages its operation to maintain the desired conditions efficiently. A soft-touch LED control panel keeps everyday adjustments straightforward.
Control Your Heating Remotely
Built-in WiFi connectivity allows the AH-900i to be controlled through the Rex Nordic mobile app on compatible Android and iOS devices. This provides convenient access to the heater without needing to remain beside the unit. Optional 4G connectivity provides additional flexibility where required.
Flexible Timer Functions
The integrated 24-hour stop timer makes it easier to manage how long the heater operates. A separate interval timer can be adjusted between 5 and 60 minutes. Together with thermostat control, these functions provide greater control over heating schedules and fuel consumption.
Powerful Without Excessive Noise
Despite delivering as much as 24kW of heating capacity, the AH-900i operates at approximately 48dB. This makes it considerably easier to accommodate in working environments where excessive equipment noise can become distracting. You get substantial heating performance without relying on a high-powered circulation fan.

At 81kg, the AH-900i is a substantial industrial heater designed for heavy-duty applications. Its 130 x 35 x 140cm construction is engineered for use in large commercial and industrial spaces. It combines high heating capacity, long runtime and intelligent controls in one professional heating solution.
Comprehensive Safety Protection
Multiple integrated safety systems help protect the heater during operation. These include tilt detection, overheating protection and automatic shutdown functionality. This added protection is particularly valuable when the heater is being used in busy industrial and commercial environments.
Low Electrical Consumption
Although capable of producing 24kW of heat from fuel, the AH-900i requires a maximum electrical input of only 60W for its electrical systems. That equates to just 0.06kW of electrical consumption. The heating energy itself is produced through combustion rather than a 24kW electrical heating element.
