The Rex Nordic Airrex AH-500i is a diesel infrared heater that warms people, machinery and surfaces directly, rather than just circulating hot air. It gives up to 15kW of heat for spaces up to 1,500m³, such as workshops, warehouses and industrial halls.
Heat aimed at people, not air
Instead of warming the air and relying on it to circulate, infrared radiation carries heat straight to people, machinery and surrounding surfaces. That means less air movement and less dust stirred up around the working area. It suits workshops, warehouses, manufacturing halls, construction sites, event tents and agricultural buildings up to 1,500m³.
11kW or 15kW, your choice
Dual Power lets you switch between 11kW and 15kW, so you can run at full output for rapid heating or scale back when less is needed. A Blue Flame Burner keeps combustion clean, with ultra-low emissions alongside its powerful output. It runs on conventional diesel or renewable HVO100, burning between 1.05 and 1.42 litres an hour from a 45 litre tank.
Quiet, controlled from an app
At just 47dB, it runs quietly enough for spaces where noise matters, and an automatic thermostat holds whatever temperature you set without constant adjusting. Built-in Wi-Fi connects it to the Rex Nordic app on Android or iOS, with an optional 4G connection where Wi-Fi is not available. A 24 hour stop timer and a 5 to 60 minute interval timer add further control.
