Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Airrex AH-500i delivers up to 15kW of professional infrared heating for spaces up to 1,500m³. Instead of simply warming circulating air, infrared radiation transfers heat directly towards people, machinery and surrounding surfaces. This makes it ideal for demanding commercial and industrial environments.
Two Heating Outputs in One Heater
Dual Power technology lets you select between 11kW and 15kW heating output. Use full power when rapid, high-capacity heating is required, or reduce the output when conditions demand less heat. This flexibility helps match heating performance more closely to the space.
Advanced Blue Flame Burner
At the heart of the AH-500i is Airrex's new Blue Flame Burner technology. It is designed to provide exceptionally clean combustion with ultra-low emissions. This combines powerful professional heating with efficient everyday operation.
Comfortable Infrared Warmth
Unlike conventional fan heaters, the AH-500i uses infrared radiation to deliver warmth directly where it is needed. This reduces unnecessary air movement and helps minimise the circulation of dust. The result is comfortable, even heating without relying on powerful warm-air distribution.
Built for Professional Environments
With coverage up to 1,500m³, the AH-500i is suited to workshops, warehouses, manufacturing facilities and industrial halls. It can also provide powerful heating for construction sites, event tents and agricultural buildings. Its robust 47kg construction is designed for demanding professional applications.
Extended 45-Litre Fuel Capacity
A large 45-litre fuel tank provides extended operation between refills. Fuel consumption ranges from approximately 1.05 to 1.42 litres per hour depending on operation. This makes the heater well suited to applications requiring dependable heating over longer periods.
Renewable Diesel Compatible
The AH-500i can operate using conventional EN 590 diesel or renewable HVO100 meeting EN 15940. This gives businesses greater flexibility when selecting their preferred fuel. The heater therefore combines professional performance with modern fuel compatibility.
Automatic Temperature Control
Set your desired temperature between 0°C and 40°C and allow the automatic thermostat to manage operation. The system optimises heater operation to maintain the selected temperature while controlling fuel consumption. This reduces the need for constant manual adjustments.
Control Your Heating Remotely
Built-in WiFi connects the AH-500i to the Rex Nordic app on compatible Android and iOS devices. This allows convenient remote monitoring and control without needing to remain beside the heater. An optional 4G connection can also be used where WiFi is unavailable.
Flexible Timer Controls
A 24-hour stop timer provides greater control over how long the heater operates. There is also a selectable 5 to 60-minute interval timer. Together, these controls make it easier to tailor heating around working hours and changing requirements.
Quiet Professional Performance
Despite its substantial heating capacity, the AH-500i operates at just 47dB. This makes it particularly useful where excessive heater noise could become distracting. You get powerful heating without the noise typically associated with high-output fan-driven equipment.
Designed With Safety in Mind
Comprehensive safety systems provide additional reassurance during everyday professional use. These include tilt detection, overheating protection and automatic shutdown functionality. A soft-touch LED control panel also keeps operation straightforward and intuitive.
Low Electrical Power Requirement
Although it produces up to 15kW of heating, maximum electrical consumption is only 50W. The heat itself is generated from the fuel rather than a 15kW electrical heating element. This allows substantial heating performance from a standard 230V, 50Hz electrical supply.
Five-Year Registered Warranty
The AH-500i is backed by a five-year warranty when the product is registered. This provides additional reassurance for businesses investing in a heater for regular professional use. Registration is required to receive the stated five-year warranty.
