The Panasonic TZ 7.1kW is a super-compact wall mounted split system built around a 1102mm indoor unit, giving strong cooling power without needing a wide run of wall. Its nanoe X generator also works to reduce airborne pollutants and odours.
Cooling power in a slim unit
Many rooms have no wide run of clear wall for a bulky indoor unit. The TZ 7.1kW is built around a 1102mm chassis, so it fits above a door or into a narrow space while still cooling the room through the warmer months.
7.1kW cooling, A++ rated
Cooling output is 7.1kW, with a SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) of 6.2 earning an A++ rating. Heating is also A+ rated, with a SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) of 4.0, and the system removes up to 4.1 litres of moisture from the air an hour.
Quiet even at full power
Indoor sound stays between 35 and 47 dB(A), and the outdoor unit runs from 52 to 54 dB(A). Built-in Wi-Fi connects to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app, so you can change the temperature, check energy use or set a schedule from your phone.
What the installation needs
A PM2.5 filter and the nanoe X generator are built into the indoor unit, alongside Wi-Fi for the Comfort Cloud app. Pipe runs to the outdoor unit can reach up to 30m, and the system needs a 230V supply. It uses R32 refrigerant and must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
