The Panasonic TZ 4.2kW wall mounted split system puts 4.2kW of cooling into an indoor unit just 779mm wide, slim enough to fit above a door. It brings year-round comfort to bedrooms, offices, lofts and small living areas.
Ready for summer heat and frosty mornings
A small room can overheat quickly in summer and turn chilly on a winter morning. The TZ 4.2kW handles both, and its heating keeps working with outdoor temperatures down to -15°C. Because the indoor unit is so compact, that comfort can go into a bedroom, office or loft without taking up much wall space.
4.2kW cooling, up to 6.8kW heating
Cooling output is 4.2kW with up to 4.6kW available, while heating runs at 5.0kW and can reach 6.8kW. It is rated A++ for cooling and A+ for heating, and it also removes 2.4 litres of moisture from the air an hour. Indoor airflow reaches up to 13.2 m³ a minute.
Wi-Fi control and quiet running
Indoor sound starts at 28 dB(A), and Aerowings direct the airflow for better circulation with fewer draughts. Built-in Wi-Fi links the unit to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app, so you can adjust the temperature, monitor energy use or set a schedule from your phone. It also works with voice assistants for hands-free control.
What the installation needs
A nanoe X generator and a PM2.5 filter for fine particles are built into the indoor unit. Pipe runs to the outdoor unit can be up to 15 m, with up to 15 m difference in height, and the system needs a 230V supply with a 16A fuse. It uses R32 refrigerant and has to be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
