Description
The Panasonic PACi NX adaptive ducted split system brings heating and cooling to demanding commercial spaces from an indoor unit hidden in the ceiling void. It suits offices, retail spaces and hospitality venues, and comes in Standard and Elite versions.
Adapts to long or complex duct runs
Every building has its own layout, and the adaptive ducted design is built to cope with that variety. Adjustable external static pressure from 10 to 150Pa lets it serve long or complex ducting runs while keeping airflow balanced. The slim chassis is just 250mm high, so it fits tight service voids.
Keeps working from -20°C to 46°C
Cooling runs in outdoor temperatures from -20°C to 46°C and heating works down to -20°C, so the system copes with extreme conditions in either season. Nominal heating output is 10.8kW. Seasonal ratings are A++ for cooling and A+ for heating, with an inverter compressor adjusting power use continuously.
Quiet enough for meeting rooms
Indoor sound levels of 25 to 33dB(A) make it suitable for noise-sensitive areas such as meeting rooms or commercial spaces next to homes. A nanoe X Mark 2 generator works to improve indoor air quality and reduce odours, and it keeps running even when the unit is switched off.
What the installation involves
The 39kg indoor unit pairs with a 99kg outdoor unit, and refrigerant pipe runs can reach 85m with up to 30m of height difference. Each version comes for a single phase or 3 phase supply, and the system uses R32 refrigerant. Installation must be carried out by an F-Gas registered installer.
