Description
Built for discreet, integrated climate control, the Panasonic KIT-Z60-UD3 is a 6.0kW low static pressure ducted split system. Its indoor unit is just 200mm high and hides in the ceiling void of a home, office or retail space.
Powerful comfort from a hidden unit
Despite its compact size, this system provides powerful heating and cooling to keep a room consistently comfortable all year. The indoor unit sits above the ceiling and the air arrives through ducting, so the look of the room is left untouched.
6.0kW cooling and 7.0kW heating
Nominal output is 6.0kW for cooling and 7.0kW for heating, with heating able to rise to 8.0kW at maximum. Inverter technology earns A+ seasonal ratings in both modes, and Eco Mode cuts consumption by up to 20%. Heating keeps working in outdoor temperatures down to -15°C.
Low noise and building control links
Indoor sound starts at 27dB(A), low enough to keep the room comfortable whether people are working, relaxing or entertaining. The unit integrates with KNX and Modbus building management platforms, and dry contacts provide on and off control and error signalling for automated buildings.
Fitting, pipework and servicing
It comes with a built-in drain pump and flexible static pressure adjustment, and the refrigerant pipes can run anywhere from 3 to 30m. The system needs a 230V supply and must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer. An easy-access check mode speeds up fault diagnosis later on.
