Hidden in a ceiling void, the Panasonic KIT-Z35-UD3 is a 3.5kW low static pressure ducted split system that heats and cools without a unit on show. Its ultra-slim indoor chassis is only 200mm high, so it fits where space above the ceiling is tight.
Comfort without a unit on the wall
Shops, offices and multi-room homes often want climate control that stays out of the way. This system keeps the equipment above the ceiling and delivers the air through ducting instead. Its compact size does not come at the cost of performance.
3.5kW cooling, 4.2kW heating, A+ rated
Nominal output is 3.5kW for cooling and 4.2kW for heating, and both modes carry an A+ seasonal energy rating. Eco Mode cuts energy use by up to 20%. The outdoor unit keeps performance stable from -15°C when heating up to 43°C when cooling.
Quiet running and flexible scheduling
From 24dB(A) indoors, it stays unobtrusive day or night. A weekly timer holds up to 42 programmable settings, and KNX and Modbus compatibility lets it join a building management system. Dry contact inputs give simple on and off control and error monitoring in offices and retail units.
Installation and servicing
A built-in drain pump and easy-access design simplify both installation and servicing. Refrigerant pipes can run up to 20m, with up to 15m of height difference, and the system needs a 230V supply with a 16A fuse. It must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
