Description
The Panasonic KIT-Z25-UD3 is a 2.5kW low static pressure ducted split system that sits out of sight in a ceiling void and heats or cools through ductwork. It suits homes, offices, shops and restaurants that want comfort without a visible wall unit.
Comfort you do not see
Not every room suits a wall mounted unit, and this system keeps the equipment hidden. The indoor unit is just 200mm high, so it fits into tight ceiling voids, and the air reaches the room through ducting. That gives smooth, unobtrusive comfort in small to medium rooms.
2.5kW cooling, heating down to -15°C
It provides 2.5kW of cooling and 3.2kW of heating, with inverter control and R32 refrigerant for efficient operation all year. Both modes carry an A+ seasonal energy rating. Cooling works in outdoor temperatures from -10°C to 43°C, and heating continues down to -15°C.
Quiet, and ready for building controls
Indoor sound starts at just 24dB(A), so it goes unnoticed in bedrooms and offices. The unit can link to KNX and Modbus building automation, and dry contacts allow simple on and off control and error monitoring. A weekly timer and onboard diagnostics add everyday convenience.
What the installation needs
Adjustable static pressure from 15 to 45Pa allows flexible ducting layouts, and a built-in drain pump helps installation go smoothly. Pipe runs of up to 20m give freedom in positioning the outdoor unit. The system runs on a 230V supply and must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
