Sized for large spaces, the Panasonic Etherea 5.0kW is a wall mounted split system that cools in summer and heats through the winter. It comes in Matt White or Silver, with built-in Wi-Fi and nanoe X air purification.
Air that reaches every corner
In a large or awkwardly shaped room, warm or cool air can struggle to reach the far side. The Aerowings dual-vane system and an enlarged 72mm sub-vane add lift and throw distance, so conditioned air reaches every corner quickly. That keeps comfort consistent, even in challenging layouts.
Still 4.8kW of heat at -7°C
It delivers a nominal 5.0kW of cooling and 5.8kW of heating, and still provides 4.8kW of heat when it is -7°C outside. Cooling is rated A+++ and heating A++ for seasonal efficiency. Heating keeps running down to -20°C, which makes it well suited to UK winters.
App, voice and a super quiet mode
Built-in Wi-Fi connects to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app for adjusting the temperature, automating schedules and monitoring energy use, and it works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home too. In super quiet mode the indoor unit drops to 19dB(A). An automatic inside cleaning cycle dries and treats internal surfaces to help prevent odours.
Size and installation
The indoor unit is 1040mm wide and weighs 12kg, and its coated cross-flow fan is treated to resist dust. It pairs with a 40kg outdoor unit, and the system runs on R32 refrigerant. Installation must be carried out by an F-Gas registered installer.
