Description
Built for rooms where space is limited, the Panasonic BZ 6.0kW packs strong cooling and heating into an indoor unit just 779mm wide. This wall mounted split system suits bedrooms and offices as well as conservatories, workshops and loft conversions.
Fits above a door or in an alcove
In a smaller room, wall space is usually the problem, and the slim BZ 6.0kW sits comfortably above a door, in a tight alcove or on a short stretch of wall. It still has the output to cool and heat the room right through the year. Aerowings technology directs the air precisely, spreading it well and keeping draughts under control.
6.0kW cooling with an A++ rating
Nominal output is 6.0kW for cooling and 6.8kW for heating, with seasonal ratings of A++ for cooling and A+ for heating. Cooling works in outdoor temperatures from -10°C to 43°C and heating carries on down to -15°C, so harsh weather at either end of the year is covered. It can also take 3.3 litres of moisture an hour out of the air.
Low noise, even at higher speeds
From 20dB(A), the indoor unit suits noise-sensitive spaces, and both indoor and outdoor noise stay low even at higher fan speeds. A PM2.5 filter captures fine particles, dust and airborne pollutants from the room. Wi-Fi and voice control are available as optional upgrades for extra convenience.
Pipework, power and installation
Between the indoor unit and its outdoor unit, the refrigerant pipes can run anywhere from 3 to 30m. The system needs a 230V supply protected by a 20A fuse, and it uses R32 refrigerant. Installation must be carried out by an F-Gas registered installer.
