The Panasonic BZ is a compact wall mounted split system that heats and cools a single room. Its indoor unit measures just 779mm, making it a neat fit for bedrooms, offices and small living spaces where size matters.
Year-round comfort from a small unit
Rooms short on wall space still need cooling in summer and heating in winter, and the BZ handles both, delivering strong airflow from its compact body. Twin Aerowings flaps direct the air precisely where you want it, so the room feels comfortable without unwanted draughts.
A++ cooling, heating down to -15°C
Seasonal efficiency ratings of A++ for cooling and A+ for heating mean it makes careful use of energy all year. Cooling works in outdoor temperatures from -10°C up to 43°C, and heating carries on down to -15°C. On damp days it can also take 2.0 litres of moisture an hour out of the room.
Quiet enough for sleep and work
The indoor unit runs from just 20dB, so it can keep a bedroom or office comfortable without disturbing sleep, work or relaxation. A PM2.5 filter captures fine particles such as dust and pollen from the air passing through. Wi-Fi and voice control can be added as options for extra convenience.
What the installation involves
The system pairs the compact indoor unit with an outdoor unit, joined by refrigerant pipework that can run from 3 to 15m. It needs a 230V supply with a 16A fuse. It uses R32 refrigerant and must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
