The Olimpia Splendid Nexya S5 E Commercial 48 is a cassette split system for heating and cooling large commercial environments all year. It fits into the ceiling and pairs inverter technology with adjustable airflow, fresh air and a built-in condensate pump.

Large commercial environments need steady comfort through every season, and inverter technology lets this system regulate the temperature consistently while optimising its energy consumption. Uniform airflow distribution helps the whole space feel the same, from the middle of the room to the edges.
A++ cooling with independent blades
The system holds an A++ energy rating in cooling mode. Independent blade control lets you direct the airflow as each area needs, auto mode adapts the temperature to room conditions, and the Follow Me feature adjusts the temperature to where the remote control is.
Timer, remote on/off and optional Wi-Fi
A 24-hour timer and remote on/off make the system simple to run on a schedule, and Wi-Fi control is available as an option for easy remote access. Self-clean mode helps keep the unit fresh and cuts down on maintenance. A hydrophilic aluminium coating protects against corrosion in humid and coastal areas.
Condensate pump and fresh air inlet included
An integrated condensate lift pump handles drainage, and a fresh air inlet can bring outdoor air in when required. The 29.3kg cassette connects to its 103.7kg outdoor unit with 3/8" and 5/8" pipes, and the system must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
