The Olimpia Splendid Unico PRO EVAN 30HP is an all-in-one air conditioner built for robust cooling, with heating, dehumidification and ventilation modes as well. Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez gave it a minimalist, contemporary look that has drawn international acclaim.
Year-round comfort, or cooling only
The PRO EVAN 30HP cools in summer and heats when it is cold, so a single unit covers the room through the seasons. If the space should only ever be cooled, a special only cooling mode disables the heating. Its large flap spreads air evenly throughout the room.
3.4kW cooling with an A+ rating
It provides 3.4kW of cooling and reaches an A+ energy efficiency rating, helped by electronics and a synchronised compressor that manage energy and keep operation quiet. In dehumidification mode it removes 1.3 litres of moisture an hour. R32 refrigerant gives it a lower environmental impact.
Touch display, Wi-Fi and silent mode
A backlit touch display keeps operation simple, the remote control works from across the room, and built-in Wi-Fi adds smart control. Silent mode brings the noise down when you want quiet, and the dual electrostatic and activated carbon filters remove dust and neutralise odours.
Ready for building management
An RS485 port lets an external BMS (building management system) control the unit, and an on/off energy management contact gives another way to switch it. All internal components can be reached from the front after installation, which keeps maintenance simple. It measures 52 x 90.3 x 21.5cm, weighs 42kg and runs from 230V.
