The Olimpia Splendid Unico PRO 35HP EVAN is an all-in-one air conditioner made to cool large spaces efficiently and quietly. Its minimalist, contemporary look comes from designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, so it suits rooms where appearance matters.
Cooling, heating and more in one unit
Alongside robust cooling, it provides heating, dehumidification and ventilation, so one unit handles the room through the year. If heating is not wanted, a special only cooling mode disables it. A large flap spreads the air evenly throughout the room for consistent comfort.
3.5kW of cooling, rated A+
It delivers 3.5kW of cooling with an A+ energy efficiency rating, drawing 1.2kW. Its electronics and synchronised compressor work together to manage energy and keep operation quiet. It uses R32 refrigerant, which has a lower environmental impact, and dehumidification removes 1.3 litres of moisture an hour.
Down to 34 dB(A) in silent mode
Silent Mode lowers the noise to 34 dB(A), keeping disturbance to a minimum. Settings are made on the backlit touch display, with the remote control, or over the built-in Wi-Fi. The dual filters, electrostatic and activated carbon, remove dust and neutralise odours as the air passes through.
Building controls and easy servicing
An RS485 port connects it to an external BMS (building management system), and an on/off energy management contact adds further control. Every internal component can be reached from the front after installation, which makes maintenance easier. The unit measures 52 x 90.3 x 21.5cm and runs from 230V.
