With such a wide range available to us, typically, we can pick your item right off the shelf and get it to you in no time. However, in some cases, we may need to special order certain items directly from the UK distributer to ensure you get exactly what you need. 

Delivered Safely

Master products are generally a little on the large side, therefore the delivery will usually by on a pallet and scheduled in with you. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

When it comes to shipping smaller items and accessories, they are dispatched with DPD/Yodel on a next working day service. You'll receive timely updates on the progress of your shipment, and DPD/Yodel even offers convenient options if you can't be there to receive your delivery. Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The Master XL61 Infrared Oil Heater provides 17kW (58,000 BTU/h) of radiant heat. It heats objects directly, not the air, for quick and effective warmth. Compatible with diesel or HVO 100 biofuel, it is ideal for factories, warehouses, and construction sites.

Compact and Quiet Design

The XL61 is portable with an integrated handle and optional trolley kit for easy movement. It operates silently and without airflow, making it perfect for dusty areas. A ceramic plate stores heat, and a rear fan converts it into hot air for reliable performance.

Safe and Versatile Operation

The heater includes electronic flame control, an oil level indicator, and suction and inlet filters. An anti-tilt switch shuts it off if tipped for added safety. Available in 110v and 240v, the XL61 is a versatile heating solution for various worksites.
