Description
The Lux Air KFR23IW/LUX is a 2.7kW wall mounted split system that heats and cools bedrooms, offices, studios and small spaces all year round. It cleans the air as it runs, using a UV-C (ultraviolet C) lamp and a 3-in-1 filter.
Comfort and fresher air all year
An inverter heat pump keeps the room cool through summer and warm through winter, in homes and commercial settings alike. As air passes through, the filters remove odours and particles, and an anti-mould coating inside keeps the unit itself clean and hygienic.
2.7kW cooling, A+++ for heating
It delivers 2.7kW of cooling and 3.4kW of heating, with an A++ energy rating for cooling and A+++ for heating. 4D airflow moves the vanes both horizontally and vertically, spreading conditioned air evenly into every corner, and adjustable fan speeds let you choose between fast cooling and quieter running. The system uses R32 refrigerant.
Control it by app or voice
Built-in Wi-Fi connects the system to the Smart Life app, and it works with Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free control. A remote control handles quick changes in the room, while the timer switches it on and off automatically and the digital display shows the settings at a glance.
What the installation involves
Installation means hanging the slim gloss-white indoor unit on the wall, placing the outdoor unit and running copper pipe, an interconnecting cable and a condensate pipe between them; these are sold separately. Condensate drains by gravity through the wall or via a pump, and an electrician supplies power to the outdoor unit, usually through an isolator switch. The system must be installed and commissioned by an F-Gas registered installer.
