Description
The Kaysun DVR15 5.2kW ducted split system heats and cools a room of 50m² through ducts, with the indoor unit tucked away. It can also bring in outdoor air through a pre-stamped side opening, helping keep the space feeling fresh.
Balanced air through every diffuser
Ducted air conditioning moves air through concealed ducts to diffusers, so heating and cooling arrive without a unit on show. This one balances the flow into every corner and sets its own static pressure (the force that keeps air moving along the ducts) to suit the space.
18000 BTU cooling and 160 Pa pressure
Cooling output is 18000 BTU and heating 20500 BTU, with an A++ energy rating. The fan moves up to 900m³/h of air, and static pressure of up to 160 Pa keeps it flowing to each connected diffuser, whether the rooms served are large or small.
Run it locally or from the BMS
Everyday changes can be made from the control board or a remote control, and it can be linked through a gateway to a BMS (building management system) for central monitoring. The indoor unit is rated at 31 to 36.5 dB(A), with 59 dB(A) from the outdoor unit.
What the fitting involves
The system pairs a 24.4kg indoor unit with a 32.5kg outdoor unit, connected by 1/4 inch liquid and 1/2 inch gas pipes. The indoor unit can go in vertically or horizontally, and an F-Gas registered installer must carry out the installation.
