Description
The Kaysun DVR15 14kW ducted split system heats and cools a space of 150m² from an indoor unit kept out of sight. Air travels through ducts to diffusers, and the unit balances the flow so the whole space stays comfortable.
Heating and cooling kept out of sight
With the indoor unit hidden away and air entering through diffusers, there is no bulky unit on show in the room. The unit automatically adjusts its static pressure, the force that moves air through the ducts, and a pre-stamped side opening lets it bring fresh outdoor air into the system.
48000 BTU cooling and up to 200 Pa
It delivers 48000 BTU of cooling and 55000 BTU of heating with an A++ energy rating. Static pressure reaches up to 200 Pa, so the fan's airflow of up to 2000m³/h arrives evenly at each connected diffuser, whether the space is large or small.
Simple controls with a BMS link
It can be set from its control board or a remote control, and compatibility with BMS (building management system) gateways lets it join a building's central controls for easy monitoring. Sound pressure is 42 to 46 dB(A) from the indoor unit and 64.5 dB(A) from the outdoor unit.
What the installation involves
An F-Gas registered installer must fit the system, running 3/8 inch liquid and 5/8 inch gas pipes between the 40.4kg indoor unit and the 82kg outdoor unit. The indoor unit can be set horizontally or vertically, which helps where the space for it is limited.
