The Kaysun DTR15 floor/ceiling split system gives homes, offices and commercial spaces a heating and cooling unit that can be mounted wherever the room allows. Fit it upright at floor level or across the ceiling, and its DC inverter fan keeps running quiet and efficient.
Two ways to install it
The unit can be mounted vertically on the floor or horizontally on the ceiling, so one model covers a wide variety of room layouts. Whichever position suits the space, it provides the same efficient heating and cooling in a home, an office or a commercial space.
52000 BTU cooling, 62000 BTU heating
It is rated at 52000 BTU for cooling and 62000 BTU for heating, with an A++ energy rating. The intelligent DC inverter fan moves up to 2200m³/h of air and varies its speed to match the room's needs, so power is not wasted when demand is low.
Simple to service and control
All the main components are easy to reach, which keeps cleaning, maintenance and repairs simple. It can be controlled by remote, from a control board or through centralised control, and an optional Wi-Fi module adds smartphone and tablet control. Indoor sound pressure ranges from 48 to 55 dB(A).
What the installation needs
The indoor unit weighs 42.3kg and the outdoor unit 92kg, which is worth allowing for when planning the fixings. The system needs a 400V supply, and it must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer, who will connect the refrigerant pipes between the two units.
