Description
The Kaysun DTR15 is a ducted split air conditioner that heats and cools by sending air through ducts to diffusers around the building. It adjusts its static pressure automatically, so airflow stays balanced across every connected diffuser in homes and commercial spaces.
Balanced air in every corner
Ducted systems push conditioned air along ducts, and the DTR15 delivers up to 160 Pa of static pressure to keep it moving to each outlet. Because it adjusts that pressure automatically to suit the airflow the space needs, every corner gets comfortable, balanced conditions.
36000 BTU of cooling, A++ rated
Through the ducts it supplies 36000 BTU of cooling and 40000 BTU of heating, and the system carries an A++ energy rating. The indoor fan moves up to 1600m³/h of air, while the indoor unit's sound pressure is just 33 to 38 dB(A). It uses R32 refrigerant.
Fresh air intake and BMS control
Centralised control options make the unit easy to monitor and manage, and it is compatible with BMS (building management system) gateways, so it can join a building's existing controls. A control board and remote control are also available for day-to-day use. An outdoor air intake, through a pre-stamped side opening, brings a steady flow of fresh air into the system.
What the installation needs
The compact indoor unit can be installed vertically or horizontally, which helps where space is limited, and it connects to the outdoor unit with 3/8 inch liquid and 5/8 inch gas pipes. The system needs a 400V supply and must be installed by an F-Gas registered installer.
