The Kaysun Casual is a single room split system that heats and cools, giving year-round comfort from one wall-mounted indoor unit. It is the entry-level system in the Kaysun residential range, built to be simple to control and efficient to run.
Heats and cools a single room
Built for a single room, the Casual heats in winter and cools in summer, so one system covers the whole year. Follow Me mode changes the operating mode based on the temperature sensor in the remote control, aiming to keep you comfortable.
A++ cooling and A+ heating
The Casual carries an ErP (energy-related products) class of A++ for cooling and A+ for heating, and it uses R32 refrigerant. Turbo mode brings the room to the set temperature within a very short time, while condensation control lets the unit keep cooling even when it is cold outside. Its indoor fan moves up to 540m³/h of air.
Quiet at night from 21 dB(A)
The indoor unit is rated at 21 dB(A), and Night Mode lowers its sound level for more comfortable sleep. Silent mode turns the fan down to its lowest setting, and Mute switches off the indoor unit's alarm beepers. The louvres automatically go back to the position they were in when the unit was last on.
What the installation needs
The Casual arrives as a full kit with the indoor unit, the outdoor unit and the standard KID-05.3 S controller. Pipework, outdoor wall brackets and the FRIWF-USB-02 Wi-Fi dongle for app control are optional extras. An electrician supplies power to the outdoor unit, and the system must be installed and commissioned by an F-Gas registered installer.
