Delivery information

UK Stockholder

We are a proud stockist of EIPL products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger EIPL products such as larger portable air conditioning, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything, we can to ensure a predictable service there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please call the sales team on 03301656200 and they will do everything they can to help. 

Returning an item

Cancellations for Consumers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.

During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in one piece, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

The EIPL BKool24 Portable Air Conditioner is a robust and reliable cooling solution designed to perform in challenging environments. With a cooling capacity of 24,000 BTU, this unit is ideal for use in offices, computer server rooms, workshops, warehouses, and event spaces. The BKool24 runs on a standard 230V domestic power supply, making it easy to set up and use.

Its self-contained, plug-and-play design ensures straightforward installation: simply position the unit, connect the warm air exhaust duct, plug it in, and set the desired temperature on the digital thermostat. The BKool24 not only cools the air but also removes moisture, collecting it in a 4-litre internal container. For extended use, an optional high-capacity internal condensate pump is available, allowing the unit to run unattended for longer periods.

Safety is a priority with the BKool24, featuring both high and low pressure cutouts to prevent operation in unsafe conditions. The large castors make it easy to move the unit into position, and the epoxy powder-coated steel construction ensures durability even in tough conditions.
