We are a proud full range stockist of Eco Air products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day.

Familiar Logistics Companies

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.

Delivered Safely

For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Air Conditioning Centre products such as split systems, multiple items, or larger evaporative coolers are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Returning an item

Returns & Damage Reporting Policy

We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.

Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)

If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.

To be eligible for a full refund:

unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
partial refund may apply

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)

For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

EcoAir DD128

Bought this dehumidifier to replace my existing model (bought 5 or 6 years ago) which seemed to be on its last legs. So far so good, but with dehumidifiers time will tell...
I bought the same model as before, as it fits neatly into the only small area I have to dry washing. It's much more compact and lightweight than compressor models, and the controls are easy to understand.
This updated model has a better design of louvre. The louvre on my old model was impossible to clean and got dirty quickly as the cover didn't seem to fully protect it from spills and dust. The cover on this louvre seems to be more substantial. I've yet to clean the filter, but as this also seems to be an improved design, I'm hoping it will reduce the amount of dust getting into the internal workings.
I only ever use this dehumidifier for drying washing in my unheated kitchen, which is why I opted for a desiccant dehumidifier. So far, this new model has extracted at least double the amount of moisture from the air than my old model (I have to empty the water tank more frequently now), and seems much more effective at drying washing (even on the lowest laundry setting). Another reason for buying a desiccant dehumidifier is that it provides a source of heat for my kitchen.
My previous model had started cutting out on the highest laundry setting and occasionally on the lower laundry setting, and also seemed underpowered. With hindsight, I should probably have sent it for a service a long time ago. I'm hoping that with regular maintenance this one will perform better for longer.
