Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Inspection & Damage Reporting – All Customers
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The EcoAir DC14 MK2 is a compact compressor dehumidifier designed to tackle excess moisture, damp and condensation around the home. It can extract up to 13 litres of moisture per day while remaining compact and easy to position. At just 12kg, it can be moved wherever additional moisture control is needed.
Quiet Everyday Performance
Operating at just 35dB(A), the DC14 MK2 provides effective dehumidification without excessive noise. Twin fan speeds let you adjust its performance to suit the environment. Select the lower setting when quieter, lower-intensity operation is preferred.
Intelligent Humidity Control
An LED touch control panel makes managing your home's humidity straightforward. The active humidistat allows you to select the required humidity level, helping the unit automatically maintain a more comfortable environment. Clear indicators also provide useful operating and maintenance information.
Ideal for Damp and Condensation
Excess humidity can contribute to condensation, damp and moisture-related problems around the home. The DC14 MK2 removes moisture from the surrounding air to help create a drier, more comfortable environment. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for everyday domestic applications.
Dedicated Laundry Mode
Laundry mode provides additional versatility when drying clothes indoors. By removing moisture released into the surrounding air, the dehumidifier can support the indoor clothes-drying process. It also helps manage the increase in room humidity caused by wet laundry.
Flexible Water Removal
Collected moisture can be stored within the integrated 1.7-litre water tank. When the tank becomes full, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent overflowing. Continuous drainage is also supported, with a drainage hose included.
Automatic, Hassle-Free Operation
A programmable 1 to 24-hour timer gives you greater control over operating periods. Auto defrost helps maintain performance when conditions require it, while auto restart restores operation following an interruption to the power supply. The unit remembers its previous setting when power returns.
Helpful Alerts and Indicators
The DC14 MK2 includes a filter-clean indicator to make routine maintenance easier to manage. If the water tank is removed, an audible alarm sounds for approximately 10 seconds. These automatic features make day-to-day operation simple and convenient.
Easy to Move and Store
At only 12kg, the DC14 MK2 is relatively lightweight for easy movement around the home. Integrated castors make repositioning straightforward, while the cable tidy helps keep the unit neat when not in use. Its compact construction makes it well suited to homes where space is limited.
