Description
The Clarke Devil 9000PTC is a compact electric fan heater for workshops, factories and industrial units. It gives a nominal 9kW of heat from its PTC (positive temperature coefficient) element, down to 6kW, plus a fan-only mode for when no heat is needed.
9kW of heat in a small unit
The Devil 9000PTC brings industrial-strength warmth to a workshop, factory or industrial unit without needing a large footprint on the floor. At 395 x 307 x 445mm and 6.9kg, it stays manageable to carry and position where it is needed.
9kW down to 6kW, self-regulating
A composite aluminium and ceramic PTC heating element gives a nominal 9kW of heat, or 6kW on its lower setting, and adjusts its output to the airflow passing over it. An adjustable thermostat lets you hold the room at the temperature you choose.
A fan-only mode for summer too
Switch to fan-only mode and the Devil 9000PTC circulates air without adding any heat, so it earns its keep once winter is over. A thermal cut-out adds protection against overheating, and the thermostat keeps the chosen temperature steady throughout the day.
Runs from a 400V supply
The Devil 9000PTC runs from a 400V, three-phase supply, so it is always worth checking your installation matches before you connect it up. It suits workshops, factories and industrial units that need dependable, self-regulating heat right through the coldest months.
