The Broughton Super Giant FF42 is a 42kW electric fan heater built for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Running on a 400V three-phase supply, it moves a powerful 3956m³/h of warm air through warehouses, factories, workshops and construction sites.
Serious heat for large sites
Warehouses, factories, workshops and construction sites often need far more heat than a domestic unit can give, and the FF42 is sized to match. Being fully electric, it produces clean, fume-free warm air without the combustion gases that come with gas or diesel heaters, and it does not consume oxygen from the space. That makes it particularly useful in enclosed working areas.
17kW or the full 42kW
Heat output can be set to a reduced 17kW or the full 42kW, so power use matches how much warmth the job needs. A temperature rise of up to 57°C gives effective warmth even in challenging conditions. A thermostat dial controls the setting directly from the heater, with an optional analogue remote thermostat for control at a distance.
Quiet enough for a working day
From 3 metres away, the FF42 measures 73dB(A), keeping noise reasonable for a heater of this output. Overtemperature protection and phase protection both add extra safety while it runs from its three-phase supply. Heavy-duty castors and integrated lifting brackets make the 113kg unit easier to move around a site.
Ducting up to 20 metres
A 500mm intake and outlet spigot gives flexibility when positioning the FF42 or directing its airflow, and it can be used with ducting up to 20 metres long. This makes it useful for temporary heating and awkward site layouts, where the heater itself cannot always sit close to where the heat is needed. A robust powder-coated steel casing is built for professional, repeated use.
