The Broughton MCSe14.6 is a portable water-cooled split air conditioner that brings 14.6kW of cooling to large spaces of 100 m² or more. It suits demanding environments such as offices, data centres, warehouses and hospitals, and it is made in the UK.
No ducting, up to 35m apart
As a split system, the MCSe14.6 has a main unit that sits in the room and a separate outdoor section, and they can be placed up to 35 metres apart. No ducting is required, so it suits setups deep within buildings, where space and placement flexibility are critical.
14.6kW of cooling, A rated
The MCSe14.6 provides 14.6kW of cooling with a power consumption of 5 kW and an A energy efficiency rating. EC (electronically commutated) fans maximise airflow while keeping energy use down, and backward curved impellers create high pressure for efficient air distribution. It runs on low GWP (global warming potential) R454C refrigerant.
Precise control with a status panel
A digital thermostat and variable fan speed control give precise temperature regulation, so the cooling can be matched to specific needs. The status panel gives real-time updates, so users always know how the machine is performing, and the unit operates at 65 dB.
Steel case on lockable castors
A robust steel case stands up to frequent use and harsh conditions, so the MCSe14.6 suits both permanent and rental applications. Heavy-duty lockable castors make it easy to manoeuvre and keep it stable in position, and it measures 183.4cm high, 81.9cm wide and 45.1cm deep.
