Returns & Damage Reporting Policy
We want to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. To help us resolve any delivery issues quickly and effectively, we kindly ask all customers — both consumers and business buyers — to inspect their goods within 24 hours of delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, defect, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Why this matters: Most courier services require damage claims to be submitted within 24–48 hours. Reporting issues promptly allows us to raise a claim on your behalf and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement beyond this point.
Returns & Cancellations – Consumer Customers (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, under your statutory cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- partial refund may apply
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns – Business Customers (Trade / Commercial Buyers)
For all business purchases, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on business orders unless agreed in writing at our discretion.
Any issues or damage must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as outlined above.

The Broughton FFVH32 is a powerful industrial electric fan heater designed for workshops, warehouses, garages, and factories. Delivering up to 18kW of heating power, it quickly raises the temperature of large spaces with an impressive 2,300m³/hr airflow.
One of its standout features is the 360° inflatable diffuser, which distributes warm air evenly in every direction. Made from fire-retardant material, it is washable, easy to store, and built to meet EN13501 B-S1-d0 standards for safety.
This heater runs entirely on electricity, producing 100% clean warm air without fumes or oxygen depletion. That makes it safe for enclosed or poorly ventilated areas, providing a reliable alternative to gas or diesel heaters.
Users can choose from three operating modes: full 18kW power, reduced 12kW output, or fan-only for ventilation. This flexibility makes it suitable for year-round use, whether for heating or air circulation.
The FFVH32 is engineered with convenience in mind. It features both an integrated thermostat and a remote thermostat, allowing accurate temperature control while reducing energy costs. Built-in over-temperature protection provides an added layer of safety.
Durability is at the core of this unit. Its robust oven-hardened steel body withstands tough industrial environments, while an inline air filter prevents dust from circulating. Mounted on four lockable castors with carrying handles, it is easy to move across job sites.
