Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.
During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

No Outdoor Unit Needed
Installation is simple and flexible — just two wall openings (162 mm or 202 mm for higher capacities) allow the unit to exchange air directly with the outside. That means no refrigerant connections, no bulky outdoor box, and no compromise on aesthetics.
Flexible Mounting Options
The RAC Solo can be installed low on the wall like a traditional radiator or high like a split-system, adapting easily to your room layout. Its self-closing grilles open only during operation, maintaining a clean, minimal look when not in use.
Smart Efficiency
With a DC Inverter system, the RAC Solo adjusts performance dynamically for energy savings and whisper-quiet operation — just 31 dB(A) on low fan speed. Rated SEER 4.6 (B) and SCOP 3.7 (A), it’s an eco-friendly solution using R290/R32 refrigerant technology.
Built for Comfort
Delivering up to 3.10 kW of cooling and 3.05 kW of heating, this compact system maintains perfect temperature all year round. Ideal for apartments, offices, hotels, or listed buildings where outdoor units are not allowed.
