Yes! Many of our customers choose to DIY. Units like the Olimpia Splendid Unico are designed for confident DIYers. We also offer full installation packages if you’d prefer a professional install.

Do I need planning permission or F-Gas certification?

Not usually. Because these units don’t require an external condenser, they typically avoid planning permission issues. If you’re using our installation service, our F-Gas certified team handles everything legally and safely.

How does the video survey work?

Once you fill in our install survey form, one of our team members will arrange a short video call. We’ll assess your room setup, answer questions, and give you a quote — no obligation.

What’s included in the installation service?

Our VAT-free install package includes the AC unit, professional installation, testing, and full aftercare. We also handle wall drilling and any tidy-up work. Everything is quoted clearly after your video survey.

What’s the warranty and aftercare like?
