Cancellations for Consumers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with your product or have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This 14-day period is your statutory cooling-off period for distance (online) selling, allowing you to cancel your order and receive a refund where applicable.
During this period, you are welcome to unpack and inspect the item(s). However, please note that if the product has been used or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or, in some cases, be unable to provide a refund. If you return the item(s) unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund via your initial payment method. If applicable, and if cancelled within your cooling-off period, your refund will be processed within 14 days following the return of the goods.

Powerful Dehumidification for Larger Homes
The MeacoDry Arete® Two 25L provides powerful moisture control for larger 4+ bedroom homes. It helps combat excess humidity, condensation, damp and mould while creating a more comfortable indoor environment. With an operating range from 5°C to 35°C, it can continue working effectively in cooler spaces.
Faster Laundry Drying
Designed for efficient indoor laundry drying, the Arete® Two features three fan speeds and up to 255m³/h airflow. The adjustable louvre allows airflow to be directed towards your washing for more effective drying. Adjustable laundry timers provide additional control over each drying cycle.
Smart App and Voice Control
Control your dehumidifier remotely using the Meaco app from your mobile phone. Check current humidity, change operating modes and adjust timers without needing to be beside the unit. Voice control is also supported through Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
Advanced DC Motor
An advanced DC fan motor provides increased airflow while maintaining efficient operation. At 20°C and 60% RH, the unit consumes just 250W of power. Three selectable fan speeds provide airflow rates of 150, 175 and 255m³/h.
Dehumidifier and Air Purifier Combined
The Arete® Two doubles as an air purifier, making it useful throughout the year. Its independent Air Purification Mode can clean the air without running the dehumidification function. Dehumidification and air purification can also operate together when required.
H13 HEPA Filtration
A medical-grade H13 HEPA filter and washable dust filter are included as standard. These provide additional air filtration alongside humidity control. An optional charcoal filter can also be added to help remove unwanted smells and volatile organic compounds.
Clear Chase Display
The premium LCD Chase display presents important operating information clearly and conveniently. Humidity, target humidity, operating mode and timer information can be viewed at a glance. This makes everyday adjustment simple without repeatedly navigating through menus.
Quiet Everyday Operation
Despite its increased airflow, the Arete® Two is engineered for low-noise operation. Published noise levels are 40, 42 and 50 dB(A), depending on the selected fan speed. Night Mode provides quieter operation with the low fan speed for reduced disruption.
Precise Humidity Control
The variable humidistat can be adjusted between 40% and 70% RH. A high-humidity WET indicator makes it easier to recognise when moisture levels are excessive. The Relative Humidity Heart indicator also helps identify the optimum humidity level.
Flexible Continuous Drainage
For applications requiring continuous operation, the Arete® Two includes a hose adapter for connection to a standard garden hose. This eliminates the need to regularly empty the 4.8-litre water tank. Where water needs to be pumped upwards, a compatible Arete® pump is available separately.
